What we do, we do well and the proof is that our Pastel de Nata has already won the bronze medal twice.
Probably the best beans pastry in the world. Winner of a gold medal.
Ótima variedade de opções e a clássica combinação pastel de nata + ginjinha. Experimente também o pastel de feijão: tem amêndoas e é doce sem ser enjoativo. Além disso, o atendimento é muito bom. Todos simpáticos e solícitos.
We stumbled upon this little cafe by coincidence, tired and hungry after a flight to Lisbon and an hour in the metro. As soon as we entered we knew this was the place we could all recover back our travelling spirit. The sandwiches were very good, the fruit juices absolutely delicious and the service friendly and fast. Definitely an address to remember!!
We were at Batalha twice for breakfast with my husband and two small kids. It is a family run place where you could have very good food and coffee. The attitude is very friendly and helpful. They have childrens’ chairs. You can get there various kinds of pastries, croissants, sandwiches and bread and for breakfast they offer four different menus at good prices. I totally recommend it if you want to have delicious breakfast or just a coffee and something sweet.
If you have not tried it, try it. Ours is the best.
It is the tradition of the house, passed down from generation to generation. Simple but delicious.
Delicious, made with own recipe.
Another winner. Same taste but without gluten.
Our recipe is awarded.
Innovation of flavour.
Made in the traditional way, with little touches of magic.
Temptation in the form of flavour.
